Free UK Delivery :(ESTIMATED 2-4working days) Excludes deliveries on Saturday, Sundays & Bank holidays.

*Orders typically ship within 2 business days and are delivered within a further 2 business days after dispatch. Please note, during busy periods there may be regional delays with the Royal Mail service.*

Next Day : £7.00 (Delivered the next working day on all orders placed before 12pm. (Please note: our office is closed over the weekend, so orders placed at this time will be dispatched the next working day)

Europe: £9.00 on order under £90 and free shipping over £90 (ESTIMATED 7-10 working days to Europe) 

International: £15.00 on order under £150 and free shipping over £150 (ESTIMATED 10-20 working days to the rest of the world)

We ship our parcels via Royal Mail.

All order dispatch with in 1-2 business days.

International Postal Terms: Jovoy jewellery can NOT be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed post overseas. We use Royal Mail as our chosen courier, and although 99% of overseas packages arrive on time. 

Customs & Import Duties: Any customs fees or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.
